NS-SP1X7 plug in module

I have 2 NS-SP1X7 plug in modules and the lights that are connected are turning on at 3 am automatically.  I have checked that there is no schedule set but they are still turning on

Re: NS-SP1X7 plug in module

Hello barriesmart,

Welcome to Community@Insignia!

If you haven't already done so, please try a factory reset. Do this: Unplug the Smart Plug, then press and hold the power button. Continue holding the button, plug the Smart Plug into an outlet, then release the button when you hear a click (about 4 seconds). The LED will be solid. You can find more information in the Quick Setup Guide.

Regards,

John

Re: NS-SP1X7 plug in module

Lol funny, my darn timers WONT work at all. Ive sent them emails and even logs of their apps activity! 3 updates later and my scheduling still is nonfunctional. Maybe my non-working schedule is turning your lights on instead of mine? Lol BAHA

Re: NS-SP1X7 plug in module

Hey fellow Cannuck,  see my post on the Insignia App crashing in the Other Discussions thread.  I was having the same problem and found a work around.    Insignia have a time offset problem amongst others with the Schedule function.

Hope it helps you.
