NS-CH1XIS8 appearing duplicate times

On some devices, but not on others, the same device has duplicate entries on the devices page.

If I toggle the item On/Off, it’s duplicate entry switch moves in parallel. If I delete an entry, the duplicate entry also disappears.

How do I remove the duplicate entries?
