Insignia connect compensation

Applied for compensation on 07 September called customer care several times not yet received the compensation. Already more than 10 business days completed.

When you say you called customer care, did you call Insignia Customer Support directly at (877) 467-4289? That's the best number to reach out to if you haven't yet.

 

Please also be sure to double check any Spam or Promotions folders you may have in your email, as the e-gift cards may have been routed there.

I contacted above-mentioned number ( (877) 467-4289) several times. Now it's more than 25 days not yet received any compensation.
