Found out this app will not work with a iPhone. Find someone willing to let u use there android to set up works perfect then go back to ur iPhone and log in the app. If it shows incorrect reading go to ur freezer turn all settings on and off then close and reopen the app. Works fine now. What a struggle app is junk with apple
