I installed all the wires correctly for the switchand it powers on (I've rewired this switch multiple times to ensure this is the correct wiring). In the process I've reset the router (since I've turned the poser off to the house multiple times while re-wiring the switch). The green light keeps blinking. However, when I press the reset button (even for more than 15 seconds), I never hear a 2nd click. I've tried doing a factory reset many times (using a paperclip after removing the wall plate). The wall switch never appears as a selection to add as a new device.
Another odd thing that happens is that after doing the factory reset, there is a constant, intermittent click that keeps going (matching the green light blinking). My room light that is controlled by the wifi wall switch keeps blinking intermittently (matching the blicking on the green light as well as the clicking) that does not stop until I do some tapping on the manual switch (to manually toggle on/off).
At this point, all I can think is the switch is defective. I have multiple switches and plugs installed in my house and this is the first problem I've had.
