Insignia Voice Smart Bluetooth Speaker w/ Google Assistant

I have enjoyed using this device for it’s alarm clock feature. Specifically the ability to have it play my favorite radio station as the alarm. Today it stopped doing that. It now says after I tell it what radio station I want “Sorry what did you want me to play?” After several times essentially saying the same thing it just sets a regular alarm. Anybody else have this issue? Does anyone know what to do to fix this?

I did contact them. They said that they had no reports of this issue and suggested I contact Google. If only that were possible.
