I am having this exact same issue. Since I bought it a month ago, it was disconnected itself 4 times from wifi and this time, I cannot set it up. So frustrating.

Hey!
So i got mine fixed but idk what step did it exactl.
I held the button on the back until the lights flashed several times and held red. Then let go and it seems to have reset the device. It gives the "welcome to your Google home" prompt"
It let me connect then and go up until it was testing to find it on the network and for some reason it couldn't find the speaker.
So i reprioritized some different devices on my router, restarted my router, and then it showed up as a device in Google home app which I just had to finish setting up.

Same problem here. Where is this "Sam" guy form Best Buy that said he would get back to us??? That was months ago!!!
