I have the smaller speaker with the Google Assistant built in. Where the "o" is next to the temperature, I see it blinks from time, any idea of what this behavior is?

Hi there, hockeycanuckjc,
Thank you for sharing that model number with me! I had a similar question when I noticed my car's clock would blink a totally different time, and upon investigation, it actually blinks the run time of the car on the hour, each hour. With that said, I was less successful in finding an answer to your Insignia Smart Voice Speaker, so I would encourage you to connect with Insignia directly at (877) 467-4289 or here for further support with this inquiry.
Sincerely,

Good morning.
I found out my router was the culprit as I also kept having disconnections and drop outs even after resetting so I got a new router and it fixed the issue. So the blinking has gone away.
FYI We also have the larger speaker that has the battery backup and both speakers have been useful for us since buying them.
So all is good now.
