Hi! I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina (South America). Last week I was traveling in Orlando, Florida... and I bought the Insignia Speaker (NS-CSPGASP2).
I bought the Open Box option, for USD34.
Everything was ok, till I tried to manage the speaker. It is linked to another account (the previous owner I presume).
The problem with this is that I cannot change the HOME location for example. So every time I asked the speaker for the time, GA tells me a different time of the time showing in the display. The display actually shows the correct time, but GA tells me the time and temperature in Orlando.
When I try to change these settings, it tells me to REQUEST MANAGE (I presume that this Request goes to the other account).
What can I do? I tried to reset with the button beneath the speakers but, it is still linked to the previous owner account.
How do I fix this?
Best Regards!
Martin.

Hello Martin,
Welcome to our community! Open-box items should typically restored to their factory settings before being placed back on the shelf for other customers to purchase, but I apologize if that wasn't the case this time around with your Insignia Voice Speaker. I'd recommend trying the following steps to clear the information on your speaker so you can set it up as your own:
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions, anytime.
