I am attempting to login to the Insignia Connect App and all that I get is an endless loop of Session Expired.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem. At one point it let me through using my google account and then insisted I reset my password again and put me back into the same "session expired" loop, without actually logging in via google.
I turned on all the apps permissions, cleared the data, reinstalled, to no avail. Ridiculous. It has to be something hinky with their server or website. The last time I recall an app misbehaving this badly the server had been compromised.
The app has been buggy since I installed it and every one of the 7 wall light switches and 5 smart plugs I've installed have had to be factory reset at least once and some repeatedly, like once every week or two.

Same exact issue for 3 days now AND half of my house is connected and run thru Insignia. Please advise...as I may have to go out and replace All of my plugs with Hue bulbs...please assist.

I'm so feed up with this garbage! I tried the GE smart switches. I bought 2 used on Amazon and both do not work! Until today I would say that insigna are good and they work!

I am experiencing the same issue. I even created a new account and attempted to log in with the new account and got the same "SESSION EXPIRED" message. I tried chatting with Geek Squad and they were unwilling to help because I didnt have it installed. These are normal products that you buy and plug into an outlet....what is there to possibly install? This is so frustrating. I do have my plugs connected to my GOOGLE home and they still work. Im afraid to unlink it for fear that they will become totally useless. I'm at witts end!!!!
