My household has two iphones, same release of iOS and Insignia App.
My iPhone shows the two devices I set up. My wife's does not. We're both logged in through the same account and have picked the same 'home'.

Welcome to the forum! What Insignia devices do you have running in your home, and can you please share their respective model numbers? Also, are you and your wife connected to the same WiFi network? Do you both use the same Apple ID?
The answers to each of these questions could explain why you are able to see these two devices while your wife cannot. I look forward to your reply!
