I have 3 cameras that Best Buy pulled the plug on.

I expect to be compensated.  The URL doesn't work.  the phone number has been disconnected.

I called customer service, and they didn't know what I was talking about.

 

Best Buy is not looking very good to me right now.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this and for joining our community. I'm sure taking those cameras out of storage to find them not working was a disappointment. 

 

As noted here, those cameras are no longer supported. We did have a program to help out customers that owned those products, but that program ended months ago.

Insignia smart plugs

I have four insignia smart plugs that are no longer supported. They’re basically bricked, they’re useless now. I have spent over 8 hours on the phone with Best Buy and insignia and have been told there’s nothing they can/will do for me to remedy this situation. I’m extremely frustrated.

I also have 3 insignia smart plugs and cannot get info on getting a refund/ gift card. Please let me know who to contact.

Insignia Connect

I moved across the country for a new job last February and was finally able to get my own place and take my things out of storage. When I went to set up my 8 Insignia Smart Plugs, upon opening the app, I got a message that said the app is no longer functional, and to call a toll-free number to receive Best Buy credit for the products I have. When I did, a message said that no compensation is available.

Please help me solve this issue. Thank you!
