Hello,
Can someone please help, the app keeps crashing every 15-30 mins while viewing hulu content.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Hulu App crashing. Are you receiving any errors when this occurs? Which model of Insignia do you have?

Hi - I'm having this same problem. I have the Insignia 39" tv fire addition. Model: NS-39DF510NA19, SKU 6247247. I bought it from BestBuy last month on 4/24/19. Order # {removed per forum guidelines}. Can you advise?

I tried the steps and the app worked well for 2 days, but the app is back to crashing after 30 seconds. In addition, when I try to use my Google ChromeCast the sound cuts in and out. This didn't happen when I used the ChromeCast on my previous TV (I'm using the same ChromeCast).
