Hulu App Keeps Crashing on Insignia TV Purchased Last Month

Hello, 

 

Can someone please help, the app keeps crashing every 15-30 mins while viewing hulu content.

Hi - I'm having this same problem. I have the Insignia 39" tv fire addition. Model: NS-39DF510NA19, SKU 6247247. I bought it from BestBuy last month on 4/24/19. Order # {removed per forum guidelines}. Can you advise?

For this issue, please try the following:

 

  • Clear the app cache and data.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app.
  • Restart your Fire TV device. Press and hold the Select and Play/Pause buttons at the same time, for 10 seconds.

I tried the steps and the app worked well for 2 days, but the app is back to crashing after 30 seconds. In addition, when I try to use my Google ChromeCast the sound cuts in and out. This didn't happen when I used the ChromeCast on my previous TV (I'm using the same ChromeCast).
