Employees In Violation Hanging up / Call Avoidance

I called last night which was a Friday at about 6pm and they close phone lines at 9. My Friend and I have bought an Insignia Mhl Adapter usb c to Hdmi to connect the android phone to the TV (which works amazing on my Samsung Galaxy s9 phone because it supports hdmi output) well my friends Nokia phone did not work and we went and upgraded the phone to a more expensive phone the LG Stylo 5 and trying to get this one to work. We called out to support and reached an agent who had no clue what the issue was we kept describing so very clearly that a 2 year old could understand and he hung up. we called back and got Miguel and asked for a manager to which he replied I need the reason why and we explained that was hung up on and then started talking about the technical issue was currently experiencing. While in the middle of explaining that we got hung up on again. Keep in mind this is on speaker phone for everyone in the house to hear and also each time had to call back, on hold for long time. the 3rd time called back We got a hang up after long hold right away. We called back again 2 more hang ups then the last time calling got a lady who answered and we immediately asked for a manager and refused to give any reason or our information. She put us on a very long hold till it was almost closing time about 8:50pm and the we heard her mumble something real fast to which me and my friend tried to respond by saying hello but there was only silence for the rest of the tine and call disconnected at 9pm closing time. We are very upset and this is far from over. This matter will be taken care of I resure you best buy/ Insignia;

I had filed a complaint with BBB. You told BBB the issue is resolved and closed when it is not and BBB had to ask me if this is true which I had to tell them that was a lie (they said will move to the next steps in resolving this) because still have not answered the question:
