Thanks for sharing that you’re having some issues with your Insignia Camera. I understand noticing that your camera shares it’s offline is truly frustrating. I appreciate the time you’ve taken join our community for some further assistance on this matter.
Usually when the Camera states it’s offline this is a glitch, and can be remedied by exiting the camera then enter the camera again within the app. You should be able to review the 4 most recent clips in the Insignia Connect Cloud. Please let me know if know if you’re continuing to have issues, and I’d be happy to offer further troubleshooting advice for you.
