I have 5 outlets and four setup OK. The fifth will not set up. I get "Device Offline". I've tried both soft and hard resets. No change. I want to get this defective device off the account, but it refuses any action. How to clear it off the account?

I am having a similar problem. I recently replaced a defective smart plug, and the entry for the defective plug can not be deleted from my Android app. As with the other poster, it shows up as "Device Offline", put pressing on the entry will not bring up the edit window. I have gone as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the unwanted device entry reappears.
