There is a button on the speaker that mutes the mic but if you hold it down for about 20 seconds or so, the lights go red and you can try it again. My Google Speaker often reconnects to the net I don't know why but it don't like certain channel frequencies on the WIFI Router so you may want to play around with that in the Wifi settings some

Hey, jefflisapsc,
@hockeycanuckjc offered some great advise here. After resetting the speaker as he suggested are you still running into troubles connecting to your WI-FI?
Thanks,

Yes I am still running into issues. The Orbi router only allows for one SSID. It is the same for 5 Ghz and 2.4 Ghz. When I go to connect through the Google Home app the SSID is there. I enter my password and says it cannot log into the network. I hooked up an old router as an access point and just set up a 2.5 Ghz network on it and have no problem at all connecting. I tried switching the 2.4 Ghz settings on the Orbi router from auto to channel 6, and again the speaker would not connect. I have enstalled a number of wifi light switches, thermostats etc that only work on 2.4 Ghz and have not had any issues with them. The speakers are the only devices that can not connect.

Hey, jefflisapsc,
Just in case, have you double-checked to ensure you’ve selected the right network and entered the correct password? If that is all correct, I would recommend calling the Insignia Support line at (877) 467-4289 for in the moment support.
Alternatively, this could be an issue with the NETGEAR Orbi Mesh system. You may want to try resetting your router/modem or connecting with NETGEAR’s Support directly for any troubleshooting they can offer.
I hope this helps!
