Ive have connected my camera but it still says offline, i reset the camera 3 times and the app. I pressed back and on the camera still doesn't work. I have the solos blue dot.

Welcome to our community.  That's confusing your camera doesn't seem to be connecting to the internet even if it says it is.  Can you tell me what the model number of your camera is, and what other troubleshooting steps you've already tried?  What, in particular, are you trying to accomplish?

Hi.  This is Chris from the Engineering team.  Just wanted to give you a heads up that we are looking into the off-line camera issue currently.  We'll let you know when we have it solved.  Sorry for the issue.
