I'm am having issues with my camera and plug. I really think it is the app and not the devices. The camera will load but just spins a circle on a grey screen. I am getting notifications but won't load the video. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app at least two times. I'm at a loss as to what else to do...

Given the troubleshooting steps you have taken have not been successful, your camera may need repairs. You can pursue service by carrying your camera in to your local Geek Squad. You can schedule an appointment by visiting We're Here to Help and selecting "Make a Reservation" under "Getting Help is Easy."
