This gives me some hope. I have one Wemo that has worked flawlessly since I puchased it. I wanted the Insignia Smart Plugs to work so badly. Hope is fading there though.

Hi everyone,
I wanted to give a quick update since people have replied since yesterday. We have been able to reproduce the white screen issue and are currently working on a fix. I'll let you know when we get a fix deployed to production.
Also, thanks to you in the community with the feedback about being in Canada and VPNing to the US that helped us narrow down the issue.
