I just bought mine. So they will take mine back. I think you said Christmas, so I would try but I wouldn’t get your hopes up. I mean I think you have a solid argument it’s their product their app and they broke the app which makes your purchase effectively garbage. That’s what I told phone support two days ago. They told me they would resolve it in 48 hours. But no luck

This gives me some hope. I have one Wemo that has worked flawlessly since I puchased it. I wanted the Insignia Smart Plugs to work so badly. Hope is fading there though.

Hi everyone,

 

I wanted to give a quick update since people have replied since yesterday.  We have been able to reproduce the white screen issue and are currently working on a fix.  I'll let you know when we get a fix deployed to production.

 

Also, thanks to you in the community with the feedback about being in Canada and VPNing to the US that helped us narrow down the issue.

Hey Chris. Just be aware that I'm on Android and having these problems. My Android thread just wasn't getting any traction.

Also in Canada and have the blank screen. My app says I have no devices installed. I was going to delete the app and reinstall it but never got to that point before my schedule kicked in. The app says there are no schedules ether. I can’t adjust my schedule as it says there isn’t one. So I’ll just wait and see what they will do with the app in the next few days to fix this problem.

The form loads but doesn’t work. I can not log in with my bestbuy account information and I cannot create a new account. Just says an error occurred doesn’t say how to fix it.

Hi Chris, I’m in Canada and still can’t log in. The form loads but it doesn’t let me log in. Just says something went wrong.
