Hi, I add problem adding Insigna connect to Google home. When I click on insigna connect Icon it bring me to a bestbuy page for loggin ... when I enter my email and password. I have this "Sorry, a problem occurred during sign in. Please try again. lloks like there's an acces problem with the site.....

Thank you for reaching out! Adding Insignia Connect to Google Home should be a simple process that requires you logging into your BestBuy.com account. Can you confirm whether you have trouble logging into BestBuy.com normally?

Yes Iknow I was connect before but After some re-installation I have to delete and re-instal in goolgle home. The problem is there. It does not work when I'm loggin to bestbuy account... It work on my computer for loggin to bestbuy account but on my phone I have an error. MESSAGE: Sorry, a problem occurred during sign in. Please try again. Even if I try to change password, when asking my email the same problem happen.

Have you been able to sync your Insignia products to your CONNECT application? Can you please try to uninstall the Insignia CONNECT application and reinstall it? Have you tried those steps? For those of you that are still having this same issue...
I had this same issue and called the "advanced support team". After about 5 minutes of "listening my problem and getting my name", All they had to say was "In this case, we suggest that you contact google as there is no issues on our end". They didn't even try suggesting any solutions so basically useless.
So I contacted google and they were able to solve this pretty quickly for me. I use google chrome as my default browser on Android and what they told me to do was as follows:
1. Sign out from insignia connect app
2. Go to your setting on your phone
3. Go to Apps and click on google chrome
4. Storage -> Clear cache
5. Reboot your phone
6. Sign in to insignia connect app
7. Trying linking insignia connect app with google home again
Hopefully, this solution works for you guys. Google also told me this solution should work on all by basically just clearing cache on your default browser on your phone.
