hi. I purchased the USB Bluetooth dongle and when I installed the adapter it didn't work. checking device manager I noticed that the device does not start. I checked the website for this specific manufacturer and they only have manuals, no drivers to install. is there a fix to this product that you are selling or am I going to have to return the device and get a full refund and buy a better dongle from a different location?
This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Based on the research I was able to complete, it appears that the issue you've encountered may be related more to Windows than the Insignia adapter.
That being the case, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance troubleshooting your computer and adapter.
