Won’t connect to bluetooth

My headphones turn on then two beeps. It does not say the headset is connected. I tried plugging it in and the red light comes on for a minute then goes off. When I turn it on it blinks blue and red. I tried plugging in and pressing both volume and also tried pressing all 3. Headset is less than 3 months old.

Thank you so much for sharing your model number with us. I’d be happy to make a few troubleshooting recommendations for you.

 

Your headphones are blinking blue since they’re turning on, and then red when they’re turning off. Can you please double check that your headphones are fully charged? What are you attempting to pair your headphones to, and how far away from your headphones is it? It’s important to ensure that you have the Bluetooth enabled for the device you’re connecting to. Once I have that piece of information I’d be happy to provide the correct steps on how to pair your headphones to your device.
