Volume error

Yesterday telling one of my speakers "Hey Google volume 10" results in it goign to 100! So loud that it doesn't hear any voice commands after that so volume must be lowered manually. Volume 9 results in it going to 90.  Tried it on a second speaker and the same thng happens. How do I fix this?

Re: Volume error

Hello FLBurn,

Welcome to our community! Thanks for posting to our community with your Insignia Voice Google Speaker concerns. We’d be happy to see how we may be able to help.

Can you please confirm what model number you have? Also, what firmware are you on? Have you tried to reset your speaker by holding the microphone button for 12 seconds? We look forward to you reply to see what further troubleshooting advice we can share with you.

Respectfully,
