I use a radio alarm on my speaker every weekday; it has worked flawlessly until a few weeks ago. The radio still comes on at the set time, but now goes silent exactly 10 minutes later. I've called Insignia support: they took me through a factory reset along with uninstall/reinstall of Google Home. That didn't eliminate the problem. Any other ideas out there that I might try to fix this issue? Maybe Snooze is getting triggered somehow?

Hello, highroad,
I'm not sure I understand correctly, so please excuse me. Are you saying that the radio itself shuts off in 10 minutes or the alarm times out in 10 minutes?

Sorry for my lack of clarity: by "radio alarm", I mean that I ask Google to play a radio station at 5:50am every weekday morning. The radio comes on at that time, but then goes silent at exactly 6:00am. The CSPGASP is still powered on, and I can restore the radio station audio by touching the "O". But if I don't do that, the radio never comes back on until the next morning.
Does that clear it up?
Thanks.

Hi, highroad,
Thanks for clarifying that.
It looks like this is intended. It prevents the alarm from playing all day if you're not home.
You can give Insignia Support a call at (877) 467-4289 to see if there is an option to disable this feature. If there is, please come on back and let us know so that future users can reference your answer.
Sincerely,

Hi Kyle, if it's intended, then the device was faulty for the first year: it always played the radio for at least a couple hours. I never tried to keep track of exactly how long because I'd just leave it going when I left the bedroom, and it would be off later in the day.
Thanks, Darrell
