If you haven't already done so, try power-cycling the TV by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the TV hardware.
If the problem persists afterward, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance troubleshooting your TV in real time.
