TV bounces back to Home Page or TV grid

My Fire TV will suddenly bounce back to the home screen or the tv grid while watching.  I've gone to settings and devices and restarted the TV and it seems to work for a day or so but then will return to bounce back problem.  This is mostly while watching OTA antenna shows but occasionally while listening to online radio stations,  Used mostly for OTA TV.  Any suggestions for permanent solution or fix?  Thanks,

Caleb, for some reason when I try to find your response I can's locate it.  Is there a special way to check the private message?

Sorry, Caleb, you can ignore my earlier message.  I found the message from before.  However, I don't have a "My Fire TV" tab under settings.  I will go into reset tv and see if that happens.  I'll let you know.  Thanks again, Doreen
