Oh, I agree with you. When I run into difficulties with my products, the troubleshooting is always lengthy and tedious. I'm sorry you're having to go through it.
I recommend talking to Samsung first to help determine as close to definitively as possible whether the TV or the soundbar is at fault.
With that said, you are certainly welcome to exchange the TV if needed. As I'm sure you know, Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise allows for the return or exchange of most products within 15 days of purchase (30 days for My Best Buy Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members).
