We purchased an All In One NS-HAIOR18 unit but there was no remote control included. The salesperson told us that it was not needed but the instructions state it is necessary to connect to the Bluetooth. Is there some way to get a replacement remote?

Welcome to the Insignia community. Bluetooth is a huge part of the appeal of that system,s o not being able to connect would be a pain.
Please call Insignia support at (877) 467-4289 to see if that remote is still available. The support team will check it out and see what options we have for you.
