The code 589 should allow you to use your Time Warner remote with the NS-R5101AHD receiver.

I was unable to find a code for the NS-SBAR for that remote. I would suggest using the auto search feature by following these steps:

1. Turn the NS-SBAR on.
2. Press the AUD button once, then hold down the Setup button until the AUD button blinks twice and release setup.
3. Enter 9 9 1 the AUD button will blink twice again.
4. Aim the remote at the NS-SBAR and slowly alternate between pressing the PWR and AUD buttons. Do this until the sound bar turns off.
5. Press Setup to lock the code, the AUD button will again blink twice.

If this does not work then I would suggest contacting Time Warner.

If the code provided doesn't work, the option that remains is to use your universal remote's scan or learning feature to find a working code.  You may also contact your provider for further assistance and to let them know that you want codes for Insignia products included in their remote controls.
