I have a NS-SBAR21F20 connected to a 55” Insignia 4K Fire Tv and I’m having audio sync issues. The sound bar will start in sync after power cycling and then will slowly desync. This happens both through RCA and Optical connections, I have tried flipping between PCM and Dolby Digital, turned down mixing on and off, factory reset, several different devices, apps and inputs. I’ve also attempted using audio pass through on my Xbox to check that off the list as well, nothing works! Please help me, this is such an annoying issue.

It sounds like you've been quite thorough in your troubleshooting. 

At this point, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance troubleshooting your tablet.
