NS-SB316 - neighbor is connecting

Yesterday I tried to connect my phone via Bluetooth to my insignia soundbar (NS-SB316). I could not connect despite restarting the soundbar and the phone. This is the first time I’ve had this issue.

A short time later, I heard something playing through the soundbar and realized that my neighbor must be connected to my device. Is there a way to secure the connection? Reset the passcode?
