Help!!! It has been a couple of weeks that my speak is showing "LOAd". I took the speak to a local store and they looked at it like they had no idea what to do and gave it back to me saying sorry. It was purchased for me as a Christmas present. I have tried the reset button at the bottom of the speaker, I have held it down for 30 second. I have tried that in combination with the power/mic button on the back. I have tried the power/mic button and held it down for 30 seconds. Nothing works. I unlinked it from my Google Home app.

Well, I don't know if there is anything else that can be done. Tech support agreed that it is faulty but since I can't find the sales info either my wife's info nor mine and the sales line couldn't either, it's going in the trash. Kinda bumed about the whole thing.
