Beyond frustrated!!! I've been trying to set this up for HOURS!! At first it wasn't recognizing my voice. NOW it just displays LOAD. No light on in the back, not able to reset after holding the button down for 12 seconds, no master reset on the bottom as some people claim. Anyone else have this problem ?? how do i fix it?
