I have the above referenced Bluetooth speaker. I have had it for about 7 months, but today it will not turn on. I have confirmed that it is fully charged. Will not to connect to multiple bluetooth devices. I tried the reset button, but it will not respond. What is the next step?

Thanks for joining our community. I use my Bluetooth speaker all the time, so I can understand how much of a pain it must be to have your stop working.
Please call insignia support at (877) 467-4289 to see if there are any other troubleshooting options, and to look into the warranty coverage if that doesn’t help.
