This morning, when attempting to connect to the headphones, it would give two beeps and blink red and blue. Not having seen this before, I found in the manual that it meant they were in Pairing Mode. However, I am not turning it on in this mode, at least in the way indicated in the manual, and it is no longer visible on other devices. Is there a way to reset the device?

I ended up finding, based on other Insignia headphones, that holding down both volume buttons while it's plugged into a USB charger resets those. I did that, then unplugged them and plugged them back in. After unplugging them again, I powered it on and held down the center button for longer than five seconds to reset the device list, and everything worked properly again. I had to forget the headphones on my devices and re-connect, but they are working properly once more.
