Insignia Soundbar doesn't work with all apps on my Samsung TV

My insignia Soundbar (NS-SBAR21F20) is connected to my Samsung smart TV via digital optical cable and works when I watch YouTube videos but not with my Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu apps.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community! If you’re using a digital optical cable, make sure your source (the TV) is set to PCM format. If it is, I would recommend connecting with Insignia Support via phone at (877) 467-4289 for in the moment troubleshooting.
