Insignia NS-CSPGASP2s Google Smart Speakers Loss of Temp being Displayed

Anyone having issue with these speaker now not displaying the temperature?

Here's my story

I have SIX of these speakers

I understand that Google home and other google services had issues in the past few days.

I loss voice control of my GE Light switches, lost voice control of my Honeywell thermostat, yet both would work within the google home app manually as well with their own apps respectively, still no voice working voice control

 

Yet this continued even up to today, Last evening I rebooted out router and these speakers like normal for a short time showed net on the display meaning they lost network connection, then the time would be displayed on all six.

It could take up to 30 minutes then the temp displayed as it should on FOUR of the SIX, that was last evening

This AM many hours later still those two would not display the temp EVEN briefly if you asked google  what the temp is.

So, I factory reset ONE speaker and set it back up and still no work

Uninstalled the Android Google Home App and tried again.

Tried the same with the IOS home app to no avail.

Within the home app has a device/Speaker reboot option, I tried that but inadvertently did the reboot on a speaker that was displaying the temp, well, NOW I HAVE THREE of SIX speakers that refuse to display the temp.

 

WTH is going on?

Forgot to say that the firmware and cast versions are all the same with all six speakers

I have had these in the home for going on two years now, it was a welcome update when they added the full time temp display and now half of my speakers don't

NOT even for a few seconds like originally prior to the great 318 update

John thank you for the reply.

 

I did not need to call insignia 

 

I took some time researching and finally figured out what happened.

 

During the google outage last week something changed within my account settings

and was turned off. It was ONE setting within the Google Assistant Activity 

Web & App Activity was turned OFF

Once back ON all is well.

 

As soon as I turned that bacl on, those three speakers started to show the temp and everything again works as it has now for going on two years.
