I've had the Insignia speak model mentioned above for a couple years now and all of a sudden it has disconnected. It says "SET" on the display, and tells me to download Google Home for setup. I have that, and I have gone through the steps on Google Home, and after several minutes the Google Home app tells me it could not connect to the Insignia device. I've done the reset by holding the button on the back and the same with the reset pin-hole on the bottom; nothing. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out to us, and for joining our community. I’m sorry to hear that won’t reconnect to properly.
One thing that may help is restarting your router. Once you do that, reconnect your speaker and phone or tablet to the network. Hopefully that’ll solve the issue.
