There is a product on the Best Buy site which is a tabletop HD Radio and I had a question. I am considering getting this as an alternative to the streaming services I usually like to listen to.
So, I know that Digital TV reception is one thing, but it's very picky. Since Analog radio is still very much active, will I have a strong reception on this radio if I can pull in the analog stations in the area, or will it have the same imperfections reception wise as a digital TV signal?
Very curious to this.

hockeycanuckjc,
You ask some great questions about Insignia Tabletop FM/HD Radio.
My understanding of the temperamental nature of HD TV signals is the same as yours, but I've never heard of the same conditions affecting HD radio. Upon inspecting the product User Guide, I do note that a "pigtail antenna" is included to help when the signal is weak.
Should you have additional questions about the specifications or functionality of this product, I would suggest contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance.
I hope this helps. Thank you for writing to us.

This Sangean HDR-16 is my new favourite thing. HD radios are rare. This is like a rare gem. Its sound quality is better than what I have expected from a radio.
