Hi, Yesterday I noticed that the LED on the back of my device was slowly blinking white. The manual does not inidicate what that means. Does anyone here know?

After calling support, there is nothing on their side indicating what a blinking white LED indicates. It will be escelated up the chain to get the answer hopefully....

I have two of these devices and both of mine do this. If I restart them it will stop blinking, but eventually they will both start blinking again, even though they still seem to work normally. I'm glad I'm not the only one seeing this! Hopefully they can figure out why they are doing this.

I have recieved no emails indicating that this has been escelated, eventhough I was assured by customer service that it was two weeks ago.... Im not sure what I really expected from a company of this caliber. I guess from now on, I will only trust the big name breands when it comes to devices that have complex software.

I find the speakers to work really well, and the blinking light doesn't seem to cause any performance issues. I hope they fix it, but at least they work well otherwise.

Here is a response on bestbuy.com regarding this issue:
"Thank you for taking the time to share your inquiries with us. Here is a summary of the LED status on your speaker: Off = device powered off Blink = booting, no network Solid = normal operation, network connected Slow blink = normal operation, network internet error – connecting google server. We will update code to only show Blink state and allow the front display to show NET if internet connection lost. I hope this provides clarification on your inquiries. Arely R. - Insignia Support."
