Re: NS-CSPGASP2 stopped running scheduled routines

Thanks for the reply.  Yes, I'm up to date with Google Home, so that shouldn't be the issue, unless the latest version broke something.

Re: NS-CSPGASP2 stopped running scheduled routines

i have spoken to Google about this and it is not working on any Google Home devices (including third party devices like this one) and they know about it. Unfortunately, we just have to wait for it to be resolved. Classic Google!

Glad to know it isn't just me.  Even better to know that it isn't just third-party devices.  At least with it affecting all devices, maybe Google will get it fixed quickly.

Re: NS-CSPGASP2 stopped running scheduled routines

If anyone from Best Buy support reads this, could you guys find a way to send a note to Google regarding this?  Maybe with reports coming in from multiple places, the issue will get escalated and resolved more quickly.

Re: NS-CSPGASP does not Broadcast anymore

Hello ATF678 and all,

I've contacted our Insignia engineering team, and they have informed me that Google is aware of this issue and are actively working towards a resolution.  No ETA is available at this time, but I will be sure to let you all know once there's any news to share.

Thank you for your continued patience!

Re: NS-CSPGASP does not Broadcast anymore

Please also know that in addition to not broadcasting it continues to not recognize my voice and requires me to continue linking my voice.  It also continues to randomly decide to control my Wemo plugs.  (Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t).

This is very frustrating and it would be good to know an update is coming and it is being worked on in addition to the inability to broadcast.

Would welcome an update when there is resolution.

Re: NS-CSPGASP does not Broadcast anymore

Hello, brio18,

The further issues you noted in your post aren’t ones that we’re aware of at this time. Have you tried to reset your speaker? Also, I’m not seeing these issues being noted by others on our community. We’d be happy to see what troubleshooting we might be able to offer you. Can you please articulate which steps you’ve taken to try to remedy this issue?

Also, have you checked out the resources offered by Google for troubleshooting here? We look forward to your reply to learn more about your issue.

Respectfully,

Re: NS-CSPGASP does not Broadcast anymore

Hi,
Also has issue with broadcasting from 4 of my Insignia Speaker after updating to 314. I have done all, manufacture reset, reset router, unlink and link back, still could not get the speaker broardcast to to other speaker or from my phone to the speaker.
