I don't know if this is a Google issue or not but as of this morning the continued conversation feature on all 3 of my NS-CSPGASP-B voice speakers has stopped working. It is enabled and shows available for all 3 speakers but simplly does not work as of this morning. It has worked for weeks
I have reset and power cycled everything that matters but still nothing, is anyone else having this issue ?

I'm having the same problem. Did you find a fix?
This might have better luck in portable audio instead of home audio. I noticed that is where Insignia has it classified for some reason...

Thanks for the tip I posted in portable audio as well, No Solution yet and I have even done factory resets.

Hi Powel,
Thank you for your patience on this matter! I really did appreciate it. Our support team shared that resetting your speaker, and power cycling it would the best options we’d be able to offer over this medium. For advanced troubleshooting please give our teams a call at (877) 467-4289. They’d be happy to see how we might be able to assist you further.
Additionally please note our community is undergoing a merge with the Best Buy Support Online Forum Community. You’re welcome to post any future concerns to the Insignia Board, and you can learn more about our merge here. Also, please remember posting your concerns to more than one board is considered to be spamming and can impact your ability to post to our communities in the future if it continues. Please let us know if you have any further questions, and we’d be happy to see how we can help moving forward.
Respectfully,

On all three of my Insignia Voice speakers (which are all Google Assistant capable), the "Continued Conversation" feature stopped working about a week after that feature was made available on these speakers in late June. Resetting didn't help. Nothing helped. My close friend & neighbor has the same issue with the same speakers. As apparently have a lot of others, judging by what's posted on Reddit.
BestBuy -- please fix this. This is an issue on your end, not ours. Please fix the firmware and push it out to us.
As I already stated -- resetting / power cycling doesn't help -- so please don't give me the standard response that I've seen you give to others who reported the same issue.
I have two of the small ones (NS-CSPGASP-B) and one of the big ones (NS-CSPGASP2). All of them having the same problem.
Thanks!

We have two devices, as well, and started having the problems earlier this week. When Continuous Conversation came out, it worked flawlessly. But all of a sudden, it stopped. Please fix this.

I am having the same issue with my 3 Speakers (NS-CSPGASP-B) worked at first then just stopped.

Someone here keeps merging any new threads on this topic with an older one from last month where a BB mod claims that resetting it fixes it.
It's not fixed, there's no solution yet, so please BEST BUY stop merging any mention of this topic with the other thread that is closed for comments.
The "Continued Conversation" feature is broken on your smart speakers, and NO, there is NO solution available for it yet. And your supposed solution of resetting it doesn't help at all whatsoever!
So please escalate this issue to your engineering team and tell them this is still an issue!

Hello Friends,
I’m sorry to hear that the issues are still persisting with the Continued Conversation feature. As I had shared prior at this time power cycling, and resetting your Insignia Voice Speakers would be the best option available. You're also welcome to call our support teams at (877) 467-4289 for more advanced troubleshooting. Your speakers should be automatically looking for updates daily, and once a firmware update is available it should be automatically downloaded.
