I purchased a NS-HSB318 recently. I paired it to one Bluetooth device (iPhone) and things were great.
Later, I wanted to pair it to a new computer (Mac Mini). It was a little confusing to get back into pair mode (a blinking Bluetooth LED, I had to disconnect the iPhone manually). But then I was able to pair the new computer, and manually disconnect/pair between the two of them as I pleased.
Then, it suddently went bad. I couldn't get either of the devices to connect again. The Bluetooth LED remains constantly connected. I've not only disconnected, but removed the pairing from both devices - so now I have zero devices paired to the speaker, but the Bluetooth LED remains lit and I guess it's connected to some device I do not control.
How do I fix this? Thanks!

Welcome to our community, FrozenChicken.
If you haven't already done so, I would recommend power-cycling your sound bar by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the device hardware. Before powering the sound bar back up, I'd also recommend temporarily turning off Bluetooth for the devices to which the sound bar has previously been connected.
If the problem persists afterward, please contact Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance troubleshooting your sound bar.
I hope this helps. Thank you for writing to us.
