Washer Fabric softener

Hello,

 

Model No: NS-TWM41WH8A

 

I have been trying to get my washer to use the fabric softener but even when i press the relative button to activate it, it still does not pour the softener. As a result, when the cycle is done and I am ready to take out my clothes, the fabric softener port is still full
