Best Buy , you sent me a return package for my air fryer and now for months i am getting the run around and being told that mt case is going to be escalated as you sent me the wrong shipping return label looks like and UPS cant help as they shipped the package to the address you had on the return label, provided the UPS tracking to customer service 100 times and NO One has yet gotten back to me! I WANT my airfryer credit or my airfryer back! this is ridiculious now. Can someone get back to me ASAP

You were no help sorry. you gave me a toll free number that never picks up or returns messages. This is actually can be considered and fall under theft. You sent me a recall notice, followed by a return box and label and now no one is available for answers or to honour the refund
