Best Buy , you sent me a return package for my air fryer and now for months i am getting the run around and being told that mt case is going to be escalated as you sent me the wrong shipping return label looks like and UPS cant help as they shipped the package to the address you had on the return label, provided the UPS tracking to customer service 100 times and NO One has yet gotten back to me! I WANT my airfryer credit or my airfryer back! this is ridiculious now. Can someone get back to me ASAP

Today is the 8/12 and I am still waiting to hear about the recall gift card status.

Now it said the person worked with me suddenly out of town. The new person asked me to call the phone number but I tried and it was either no one answer or the phone hung up. Tell me how can I contact anyone? Last time was 4-5 weeks ago and the person cannot even give me a good answer on when I can receive my gift card even she did aknowledge received the returned fryer.
