Insignia washer broken after only a little over a year

Has anyone else dealt with this? I've had my washer literally only since last year in October. It's literally two months after the warranty and they won't replace it. It's like it was built to break right after the warranty. Wouldn't be surprised honestly. I'm just worried it will cost more than the washing machine is worth to fix it. So sad that quality products can't he made by most companies anymore

Also seems like after reading the comments the insignia customer service is horrible but best buy does a great job. Please help best buy!

For this concern, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance. They should be able to provide you with available options for the repair of your washer. Please bear in mind that if you did not purchase Geek Squad Protection for the appliance, repairs should still be available, but at your cost.
